Happy Wednesday

Sorry I wasn't around yesterday. I was in training all day.
My "appointment" is this afternoon - I DON'T WANT TO GO!
I'm hitting the road for NY after work tomorrow - I can't wait for this 13 hour drive! YA-HOO!
But I AM excited about seeing my sister and Melly Moo. I just wish I could see my brother-in-law before he leaves. She has to drop him off on the base at 5:00 a.m. tomorrow. Poor Thing! I can't even imagine.
This is probably going to be one of the dumbest posts I've ever written, and I'm not really sure why I'm writing it, but it just struck me last night - so I'm going with it!
Here's another little tidbit about Jen, that none of you know:
I am an avid cereal eater. It's one of my all-time favorite snacks. But I definitely have a certain way that I go about enjoying this treat.
I pour me about a half a bowl of cereal and milk and snack away. But I can't just drink the milk out of the bowl when I'm done. I have to go and get a different kind of cereal and make another half-bowl. Here's what's so goofy about that. The main reason I go get another half-bowl is because there's milk left, right? But when I pour that second bowl, I always add more milk. I guess if I stuck to the original theory behind getting that second bowl, I could sit there and eat all night. I have NEVER eaten just one bowl of cereal. I ALWAYS follow this routine.
I'm a weirdo.
Anybody want to share any of their quirks?

LOL. Yeah J, thats pretty weird! Hmmm, I'll have to think of a good one...I probably have so many I need a good one to share. Good luck at the doctor today, when you get to NY..tell it I said hello, and I miss it!

City: Yeah - I know. I'm a freak!

Thanks for the good luck wishes!

I'll tell IT you said hello! I'm really dreading the drive. But it'll be an adventure. I just wish I wasn't going to have stitches in my back - makes it kinda hard to relax in the car.

Jen - I'll say a prayer for you. *hugs*

Hmmmm something freaky, eh?

Gotta flip through the Neo's weirdo guide for this one.

Don't know if this one qualifies.

But when I shake someone's hand, (regardless who) I don't touch my face afterwards until I've washed my hands.

Have fun in the big apple!

Peace & Hugs,

- Neo

Neo: Thanks for the prayers.

Weird? That's a good one - I'm pretty much the same way. Especially, if they have sweatty palms. Nasty!

XO - Hope everything is going OK for you!

Good luck today, and I wont bag on you too much for being a cereal freak. Sorry just short on words today, I'm sure I'll come up with something 'gooder' soon.

I love cereal too! Especially if it's Coco Puffs, as it makes chocolate milk at the end. I have no problem slurping it out of the bowl, but sometimes go back for that second helping myself. LOL!

Hope everything goes ok at the doctors office... keep us in touch if you can..... and have a safe trip up to NY!

Good luck Jen. Have fun with Melly. Ha! I'm with Neo , except I've been lying to everyone, "I have a cold" I don't really but it gets me out of having to hug or shake hands with anyone. :)

Sag Sis: Yeah - the thing that freaks me out the most is in the restroom, when you watch someone walk out without washing their hands. YUCK!

I have a cereal thing, too. I eat mine out of a glass, though. It's easier to carry around and when you get ready to drink the milk, Hey, there it is in a glass.

My biggest weird thing is I only eat with plastic utincles. I hate the taste of metal.*kringes just thinking about it* Aluminumn cans are ok, but the little orange juice cans, blahabhaaaahahclbabaczZZckkk.

Kippy: A glass? Interesting!

I understand what you're saying about the metal taste - I can't stand it either. I tried to explain this to my dentist once and he looked at me like I was nuts - I'm glad somebody else tastes that too, now I don't feel so bad!

I'm quirky with mycereal too.

I put cereal in a coffee mug instead of a bowl, half-way full only, n also add ceareal over n over until the milk is used up, but don't add more. It uses much less milk than a bowl...
I only eat cereal every once in awhile.

oh, I forgot to mention
I like to put Ovaltine Choc-malt mix in rice crispies to make my own cocoa-krispies with lotsa vitamens.
I also switch cereals midway sometimes, like wheat-puffs to rice puffs with a bit of added honey.

Snags: Thanks for Sharing! I'm glad someone besides me puts so much thought into their cereal eating. LOL
