Post Holiday Blues....
I love having a long weekend!! But, for some reason, the work week after a long weekend is just brutal. I've never been able to figure that out!!
I had a really relaxing weekend, with lots of good food and good company. Did some work in the yard, and basically just stayed home the entire weekend.
Made my cemetery runs yesterday in keeping with the holiday. That's never the most exciting thing in the world, but it did make me feel good!!
This camera deal is really wearing on my nerves!! Do you have ANY idea how hard it is for me to not have my best buddy around anymore??? I guess that's the next thing I'm going to save up for.
Anyhoo, that's really all I've got time for today. But, I do have a question for the readers out there:
How long do you have to be with someone before you say "I Love You"? AND, how long would you wait for someone to say that to you??

That "love" question? Not sure if a time can be put on that one. But I think I agree with wiwille above. No less than a few months or so.
I'm sure a lot of folks are missing your camera right about now. Do we all have to start a fund so that we can see your pictures again? I currently own two cameras. If I had a third, I'd definitely be sending it up your way. ;)

Bliss: I know that everyone will have a different answer to my questions, and I hope they do. I'm just curious to see how everything thinks on this subject. Just a case study, if you will.
I'm going to try my damnedest to figure out something. I'm literally going nuts without my camera!!

As for "love", I am totally the wrong person to ask for an answer!
you will know love the first time you touch some one, some times it takes people a long time to say it but if you feel it inside say it, and if they feel it they will say it back, time will tell all my dear, hope all goes well..

Well I've been reading you for almost two years so I'll say it first. I love you! *wink*
It depends on your heart Jen, if you feel it's right, just say it. Don't think about it too much. Love is love, and when it is you just know.
As for your camera, send me an email and tell me what exactly happened with it and I might be able to help.

The love thing, i never said it, cept to my bride and kids. Some guys I knew went there on the second date but I never did. You are a lover best I can tell, I mean that in a good way, you love folks and things. My advice is don't say it, till way yonder awhile.
make him/her wait, crave, want, lust, desire it from you then when u do give it up it will be more better to him. Its the same principle if you give him sex early on in the relationship. He will devalue it if its to soon, if he wont wait and beg and try and plead for it the F him and let him go.

Wow, the love question eh? Well I would have to say that I don't really have a defined time in which I say it but there is definately a bit of a waiting game there. You can come off as scary if you say it to early.
I would say that I guess you say it when it feels right. Cop out answer I guess, but there is not way that you can put a timeline on such things.
Sounds like we had the same type of weekend!
As for your question, I say it too soon I think. And I'd probably wait a few months to hear it, but the conditions need to be right. Of course, sex complicates things too. Have to listen to that heart!
there is no real time limit. but for sure not first time you see someone...lol...
but when the timing is right you'll just know and you go with it.
but what WW said i disagree with the last part. i mean if i said i love you to you and we were dating after 6 months and then you said after 10-12 months, it doesn't mean that you don't love me as much. you could have just had bad experiences and needed to build it up again and just wanted to protect yourself etc...
know what i mean.
