Happy Monday.....Yeah Right!
Not sure why I posted this picture, I just thought it was funny! It has absolutely nothing to do with anything I'm about to say.....go figure.
I am hoping to close on my refinance this Thursday....scary. I also have a "roomie" moving in, so everything seems to be falling into place. Let's just hope that nothing goes wrong. I'd really like to believe that my luck is changing. Other than that, not much going on. Just holding my breath until the papers are signed.

So glad to hear the refinance is going through. At least for the first month of the new note, you won't have to make a mortgage payment.... a holiday of sorts.
