What a Difference a Day Makes....
Bryan broke up with me yesterday. We're going to take a "break" and see what happens. We both have alot of issues to deal with and felt it was for the best. We're still best friends and, hopefully, that will never change. I know people say that all the time, but I really think we can do it. At least I hope so. It's hard for me, because Bryan has been there for me through everything this past year....the person I've leaned on....the person I've confided in, even when he didn't want to hear it. I really feel like another piece of me is gone and it sucks!
We had a HUGE storm last night with 80+ mph winds. It was something to behold. The trees across the street were literally bending in half and I was awestruck.
I lost power about half-way through The Soprano's and I'm still a little miffed about that. I guess I'll just have to wait for Tuesday's re-run.
That's about all I have right now. I'm still trying to absorb the fact that my life HAS to move in a different direction now and it scares me, even though I know it has to. Wish me luck!
XO - Peace & Love!!

Wow, that is some pretty big news. I hope that you are doing okay with the whole thing. Even when it is mutual It is still difficult.
Where abouts do you live? I heard there were lots of storms in the midwest, hope that you avoided the Tornadoes.

good luck jen...sorry about the break up, I know it's hard....you have a place to talk if needed.
Scott: Thanks for the kind words - it is a VERY tough situation.
I live in KY. We had a few tornados, but none close to my house...which is always a plus! LOL
CS: Thanks sweetie! I hope your place is dry now! ;o)
Cal-Jen take me away! I am sorry to hear about the break up however, if it turns out and you two think it will, to be for the better then its one of those things you must suffer through to get to a better point. Good luck with that and you know how to reach me.

Twisty: Thanks bud! I'll probably give you a shout later!
Good Luck, jen. Your always in my prayers.
Sag Sis: Thanks! Same here!
EJ: Thanks for the positive words! It's not something that either of us wanted, but with the situation being what it is...we just felt we had to do something. Hopefully, it will all work out in the end!
The greatest calms come after the storms... whether they are personal or atmospheric. You will get through this, and you will be just fine.
I say kudos to both you and Brian for making this a mutual decision without all the drama of screaming and yelling at one another. You have handled it in an adult manner, which is helpful and beneficial for the friendship.
I join the list of people who wish you the best on your new journey.
Take care.....
Ellen: Thanks so much....I'll be sure and pass your positive words on to Bryan. It'll mean alot to him. ;o)
Jen - Sorry to hear about your boyfriend. Hope it works out for you.
I've seen some news on the storms. They're saying that this years tornado count is the highest on record. Pretty scary.
Peace & Hugs,
- Neo
Well you seem to be taking the break up well. No reports of arrests of drunken disorderly followed by enciting a riot at a local polka hall.
Good luck with the breakup. Stay strong during the invevitable week after sobbing phone call.
Awe.. Poor JJ.. Sounds like things are a little tough for you right now... I know you can pull through this though. You are one strong chick if I ever saw one!! Hang in there girl!

Hopefully you'll get your needed space to think n independence out of it, n get to keep the friend too! It's just a fact that break-ups never feel good... I'm sure you'll deal well with your "me-time" with less pressure, even if it's only temporary.
Those tornadoes on the news were pretty scary, though KY wasn't in the news here today. That rain just got here today.
N Nothing like missing half the episode n having to wait as an "Type-A" ... That's why I have a little Blk/Wht battery powered set (but no cable stations...)
Neo: Who are you? (j/k)
I've missed ya!
WW: Yeah - no polka halls for me...I just stayed in and destroyed my house. Well, not really, but I felt like it! I decided it was best to do nothing, because I'd have to clean it up later.
AJ: Wow...I sure haved missed having you around. I hope everything is turning around for you too!
Snags: We both thought it was the best thing to do...I'm sure we'll make it through to the other side OK.
Kelso: Thanks for the words of encouragement...they really mean alot to me!
